Sneha Shetty is the project manager for the Live Kidney Donation Aotearoa programme and has been working at Counties Manukau DHB since 2008.

She has a background in Healthcare Management and has recently completed a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Auckland.

Within CMDHB Sneha has supported various projects aimed at improving the patients experience and outcomes as a Quality Improvement Facilitator and a Project Manager.
